Right of withdrawal

In Switzerland, the right of withdrawal only exists if the seller grants it on his own initiative. In this case, the web shop must explicitly state its conditions. 
Swiss law does not guarantee the customer the right to change his mind and return a product after an online purchase. The operator of a web shop can grant this right, but is not obliged to do so. If he decides to do so, the following points must be clearly stated in the terms and conditions:

Anyone who grants a right of withdrawal and explicitly announces this can take away certain fears from the customer and strengthen confidence in the dealer during the purchase phase. However, the company then needs appropriate logistics to receive returned goods.

European legislation 
Unlike Switzerland, the European Union provides for a right of withdrawal without an obligation to provide reasons. The revocation must be explicitly declared by the buyer and is best done in writing. The withdrawal period is 14 calendar days from the delivery date. Amounts already paid are to be reimbursed to the buyer within 14 days after receipt of the cancellation.

Our policy is valid for 30 days. Unfortunately, if 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the condition in which you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are excluded from return. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or hygienic goods, dangerous substances or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your order back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable). 
Book with clear signs of wear 
CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape or vinyl record that has been opened. 
Any item that is not in its original condition is damaged or missing for reasons that are not due to our error. 
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refunds (if applicable) 
Once your return has been received and checked, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received your return. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit card or original payment method will be automatically issued within a certain period.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time for your refund to be officially booked. 
Next, contact your bank. There are often some processing times before a refund is posted.

Exchange (if applicable) 
We will only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you would like to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at trendgadgetch@gmail.com.

If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and sent directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. After receipt of the returned goods, a gift voucher will be sent to you by post.

If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase or the giver sent the order to himself to give you later, we will send a refund to the giver and he will find out about your return.


You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you ship an item over 75.-, you should consider using a transparent shipping service or taking out transport insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your return.
